COMPETITOR INTELLIGENCE
Every competitor ad, decoded.
Adscalr pulls your competitors' live ads from Meta, TikTok and Google, decodes the hook, angle, format and score with vision AI, then synthesizes a market map: where every message is crowded, where the gap is, and what each competitor is doing strategically. You see the open lane before you spend a euro testing.
How it works
Three ad libraries, one model
One scraper hits the Meta Ad Library, TikTok Ad Library and Google Ads Transparency Center, normalized into a single table: ad copy, headline, CTA, creative, run dates and active status. Configured per competitor: Meta page, TikTok search, Google query, refreshed daily.
Vision AI decodes every ad
Each static ad comes back from Claude vision as roughly twenty structured fields: layout, visual hierarchy, imagery, faces and emotion, color strategy, hook and hook type, messaging angle, pattern tags (social proof, numbers, urgency…), psychological trigger and funnel position, plus design, copy and strategy scores from 1 to 10.
Video, frame by frame, not just the thumbnail
The longest-running videos per competitor are sampled frame by frame for scene, on-screen text, emotion and visual style; where audio exists, a transcript is added. From that comes a full read of video type, hook, pacing, emotional arc and CTA placement, with the hook frame saved for reference.
A market map, not just a feed of ads
Every competitor is clustered onto five canonical messaging axes (price, quality, speed, trust, innovation), each with a primary and secondary axis and the evidence behind it. Then axis density is measured across the market and the least-contested axis is surfaced: your strategic gap, the open lane nobody is running.
Per-competitor strategy, not just single ads
Two layers above the individual ad. A strategy read per competitor (common hooks, pacing, production style, funnel approach, threat level and what's worth stealing), plus platform divergence: how the same competitor plays Meta versus TikTok differently.
Winners are long-runners, not one-offs
An ad counts as a winner once it has run past your threshold (30 days by default), so you study what competitors keep paying to run, not what they tested once. For Meta winners, you also get real reach by gender, age and country.
THE DIFFERENTIATOR
See where nobody is running.
Most tools show you what every competitor is running. Adscalr shows you where no one is: the open lane. Every competitor is clustered onto five canonical messaging axes, density is measured per axis across the market, and the least-contested axis is surfaced as your strategic gap. Backed by evidence, not a hunch.
Five messaging axes
Price, quality, speed, trust, innovation. Every competitor placed on a primary and secondary axis, each with the evidence line that put it there.
Axis density across the market
How many competitors pile onto each axis. The crowded lanes, where you'd fight for attention, become obvious at a glance.
The gap axis: your open lane
The least-contested axis, surfaced automatically: the message the market is underserving, where your spend meets the least resistance.
